Introducing our newest team member, Timothy Laird! From Mississippi, Tim has always had a passion for both people and architecture—two interests that have naturally come together throughout his career. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology with a minor in Interior Design from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Before his time at TKC, Tim spent 6.5 years working in high-end residential design in Mississippi. During that time, he had the opportunity to contribute to the design of the 2023 Southern Living Idea House and to work on design projects associated with HGTV’s Home Town. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for thoughtful design and the impact a well-designed space can have on the people who live in it.
Today, Tim brings that experience and passion to every project, striving to give his best each day and help bring his clients’ visions to reality. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is not simply creating beautiful spaces, but building relationships and helping people create places they are proud to call home.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife antiquing and discovering new places for good food and coffee. He also loves spending time with their dog, Huxley, as well as singing, photography, swimming, playing games, and serving in his church.
