A new dining destination is taking shape in Lebanon, Tennessee. 🥩🔨

Smith Building Group is proud to be bringing Hattons, a brand-new steakhouse, to life through the thoughtful transformation and expansion of an existing historic building. This project combines the character, charm, and history of the original structure with a bold, modern design created for an unforgettable dining experience.

The new 8,700 sq ft space will feature bars on both the first and second floors, a covered rooftop deck, private courtyard complete with outdoor dining and a water feature.

From preserving Lebanon’s historic character to building something new for the community to enjoy, this project is a true blend of old and new. We’re excited to watch Hattons take shape and proud to be part of bringing this one-of-a-kind steakhouse to life.

With summer in full swing, we’re revisiting one of our favorite buildouts — Coral Club.

A warm, transportive space where natural textures, thoughtful details, and indoor-outdoor elements come together to create a coastal-inspired escape in the heart of the city. Proud to have helped bring this distinctive concept to life and add another standout destination to Nashville’s hospitality scene.

From the sweeping stone bar to the open-air rooftop, every corner offers a different way to experience the space. Stop by, settle in, and enjoy a cocktail at one of East Nashville’s most unique hideaways.
