Drain Replacement in By the Airport in Donelson.
Cut out old Cast Iron Combonation removed 2 inch Cast Iron through foundation and into the yard. Had priced it to only go a couple of feet outside block but when homeowner seen that the Cast Iron was packed full he asked me to go a little further and install a clean out. IN Alabama where I am from we pull a 3 inch standing under the kitchen sink or Island and install a 3x11/2 inch tee with a clean out in the top of it. Anytime you double your arm over pop size into your vertical standpoint, it will vent itself.
It is called a island sink drain.
Plus if you ever stop up a three inch drain pipe you've done your job for the the month.

I don't know if people realize it or not but these handy Andy's the child are calling that says we can do it all there's not one of them that I've ever seen that knows anything about plumbing code every one of them that you go behind unless they're just reconnecting a sink drain and water lines It's always something funky that won't work or they're getting a smell back or it's not draining correctly then you'll peel the wall open or pull the cabinet back and it don't even have a vent or it don't have enough of a riser like on a washier box. But you do not have to call these big companies All they're going to do is come in there and try to see you all do water lines if you got a leak If you got a clog they're going to try to say you all new drain lines then if they get a couple of those under their belt and they sell HVAC units too look out cuz here comes the HVAC side of it going to try to see you a new unit and all new ductwork. If you have any elders aunts uncles grandma and grandpa mom and dad cousin's family try to warn them that some of these companies are being bought out by these big companies that are buying up houses they're buying all in one companies that come in and tell you you need $20,000 worth of work that I would do for $8,000 They get you to sign a contract they come in they're gone in 2 days They got that loan companies $20,000 you're paying payments on it and you miss one payment and forget about it Well they go down and they put a lien on your home the whole time that one payments collecting interested about 22 to 25%. So if you've got a payment that's $199 it's going to be $50 a month added on to it and interest are you take that over a 10-year period It adds up because that interest is going to compound one month it's going to be $250 the next month it's going to be $300 okay when you get up to 400 that $50 late fee payment or interest is going to go to 75 so then that next month that it rolls in it's $475 This is compound interest by the time it's all said and done when this 20-year loans up that payment you missed is over what you financed then you're retired on Social security and don't have the money to pay this they come take your home It's posted here on my wall You can see it where the lady explains about it..
