From early construction to the final details, we’ve watched The Reservoir take shape across two phases, and we’re proud to see this 421-unit development officially complete!

Located in Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood, The Reservoir features two parking garages, in-ground pools, fitness spaces, resident amenities and a rooftop deck overlooking the Nashville skyline.

Thank you to the Hardaway team and our project partners who played a part in bringing The Reservoir to life. Delivering a project of this scale while staying true to the schedule and budget is something we’re especially proud of!

140 new affordable homes are officially open in Nashville’s McFerrin Park neighborhood! 

We recently celebrated the grand opening of Park24 alongside the community and our project partners. Beyond its 140 residences, Park24 features a 2,200-square-foot Empowerment Center operated by the Urban League of Middle TN , retail space and a 174kW solar array.

We’re especially proud of the way our team executed this project, delivering ahead of schedule and under budget. Thank you to Holladay Ventures for trusting Hardaway to help bring Park24 to life!

Last week, we came together for our annual company update to hear from our leadership team and recognize the hard work happening across Hardaway!

Getting out from behind the desk and onto the jobsite is always a great reminder of the impact our work has on the communities we serve!

Recently, our Accounting team toured the final stages of construction at Park Point East. As the newest affordable housing community within the Cayce Place master plan in East Nashville, it's exciting to see this transformative project nearing completion.

Every project is a team effort, and we're proud to play a role alongside the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency and Smith Gee Studio in creating high-quality, affordable housing that will serve Nashville for years to come!
