What You’ll Do

* Assist experienced plumbing and HVAC technicians on residential service and installation jobs
* Learn industry best practices through hands-on training
* Use and maintain tools and equipment safely
* Provide excellent customer service while representing MASI professionally
* Grow your skills with opportunities for advancement

What We’re Looking For

* Mechanical aptitude or some experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or a related trade is a plus
* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
* Reliable, dependable, and motivated
* Valid driver’s license required
* Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment as needed
