We completed a couple smaller projects the past week. Replaced some transoms and trim on a couple garage doors and replaced some railings and thick pt lattice. Both for some repeat customers- Thankyou for calling us for your carpenter needs!

Here is the latest project we just completed. Fairly simple side deck and stairs and a larger rear deck to match. The next couple weeks we will be working on a handful of smaller projects that we have promised to past customers. It will be a little relaxing to not be pushing so hard to meet deadlines .

We finished refurbishing this farmers porch as we say goodbye to Gage for the coming school year. Thanks for all your hard work in this last week of terrible heat. I can’t wait to see you in action on the ice in your first college hockey season. You make us all so proud on and off the ice! Thanks for a great summer of building! You did a great job!

One of our most beautiful decks this season pirched atop of an insane hill in Concord. Atlantis cable railings complete the nearly 400sq/ft deck. After a good amount of rot repair to the houses’ exterior frame and enclosure of an old bulkhead, This deck came together nicely with the outstanding views the property has to offer.

Moving forward this week, the decking is done, stairs are framed. Thanks Tom and Gage, great job! We are surely going to miss Gage when he’s off to school in another month 😢
Here’s a couple pictures of one of our furry friends. This chipmunk greets us every morning (to get his peanuts). Gage was trying to get him to come up the ladder to get his treats but wouldn’t take the bait. Until we left for lunch- running up and down a shovel he helped himself to the stash. Eating from our hands while petting his head, this little guy is fearless!
For now, it’s a week off for vacation!

I haven’t posted anything lately so I decided to send out a hodge podge of pictures of what we have been up to lately. The lady two decks we have built were quite large and expensive. Both jobs required quite a bit of rot repair before we could start framing. This latest one the frame is almost done(without a latest picture) roughly 28x16 with an extra wrap around 4x13, when finished will have Trex decking and Atlantis horizontal cable railing system.

This deck had a good amount of rotted wall framing behind. New Sill, studs and plywood. Once that was fixed and properly flashed, the framing began. My son Gage is working with us for the summer, he’s a fast learner and a hard worker, and did a great job framing and decking this project. The homeowners couldn’t be happier either. Another 5 star review! Thankyou Gage and Tom for your hard work!
