📍 Bristol Street Department Garage in Bristol Indiana | Nate Watts shares an update on the framing and exterior finishes currently underway. Up next: asphalt, fencing, and paint.
📍 Town of Huntertown Wastewater Treatment Plant in Fort Wayne | Larry Jennings highlights the progress made since our last update. Coming soon: asphalt drives, fencing, and work on the center clarifier structures.
📍 Orchard on Wallen Multi-Family Development in Fort Wayne | Construction continues to take shape as work progresses on site.
📍 Transformation Ministries Early Learning Center in South Bend | Kyle Roberts shares an update from the site, where crews are working toward asphalt installation, with walls poured and MEP underground work underway.

Nothing like a great lunch and a little friendly competition!

Millers Building Supply came out and cooked up a fantastic lunch for our team, and we followed it up with a co****le tournament.

After some great matches, Caelan England and Kyle Rodesiler came out on top as our winning team! 🏆

A big thank-you to Miller's Building Supply, Inc for treating our team to lunch and to everyone who joined in on the fun. We’re always grateful for opportunities to take a break, enjoy some good food and spend time together as a team.

A milestone worth celebrating.

On September 28, Transformation Ministries officially celebrated the groundbreaking of its new Early Learning Center, marking the beginning of a project years in the making and a new opportunity to serve children and families in the South Bend community.

R. Yoder Construction is proud to partner with Transformation Ministries for the second time to help bring this vision to life. We’re honored to play a part in building a space designed to support children from their earliest years and provide a strong foundation for learning, growth and connection.

We’re excited to watch this project take shape and even more excited for the impact this facility will have on the families who walk through its doors.

Here’s to what’s being built, and all that’s still to come!

Stacey has been part of the RYC team for over a year, and in that time, she has become such an incredible asset to our company. Her contributions, humor, fresh ideas, and thoughtful implementations have helped make positive changes throughout our organization and have played a big part in strengthening the culture we’re proud to have at RYC.

Big progress at CTB, Inc. in Milford, IN since our last check-in!

Steel is going up, the crane is on site, and this expansion is taking shape fast. It’s exciting to see just how much can change in a short amount of time as our team keeps pushing forward.

🏗️ August Project Progress

Another month of steady progress across our active jobsites!

At Michiana Eye Center , Kyle Roberts shares an update as the building is dried in, base asphalt is down, and crews continue mechanical rough-ins and interior framing.

At CTB, Inc., Steve Truex highlights recent slab pours, exterior concrete work, and shipping foundations, with building er****on coming up next.

Troy Jennings checks in from White Veterinary Clinic, where the parking lot and new addition are taking shape and crews are moving into finishes, including drywall, painting, and ceilings.

And at the Town of Ashley Wastewater Treatment Plant, Chris Crothers shares progress as the team works through dewatering and prepares for the EQ basin concrete pour, followed by underground piping and electrical work.

A lot happening across the board as we wrap up August and head into fall!
