There's something special about when a customer calls you back for another project.

After helping this homeowner secure their riverfront property with aluminum fencing, they trusted Mike and the crew once again—this time for their home on Greenleaf Boulevard in Elkhart.

For this project, Mike and the crew installed 368' of 4' tall black vinyl chain link fence, complete with an 8' double swing gate for larger access needs and a 4' walk gate for convenient everyday use.

Black vinyl chain link continues to be one of the most popular options for homeowners because it provides the security and containment of traditional chain link while blending naturally into the landscape. The result is a clean, attractive fence that protects the property without dominating the view.

A Smarter, Safer Entrance for Better World Books

Access control isn't just about security—it's about creating a smooth, reliable experience for employees, visitors, and emergency responders alike.

We recently completed a new parking lot entrance upgrade for Better World Books, bringing together automation, safety, and perimeter security into one cohesive system.

At the heart of the project is a LiftMaster INSL24UL gate operator, providing dependable automated access for daily traffic. To make entry and exit seamless, the system also includes a wireless keypad and an Optex Free Exit Device, eliminating the need for saw cuts, loops, or sealants in the pavement.

One of the most unique features of this installation is the S.O.S. (Siren Operated Sensor). In the event of an emergency, the system can recognize the yelp of an approved police, fire, or EMS siren and automatically open the gate to help first responders gain immediate access when every second counts.

To tie everything together, we also installed additional fencing that integrates with the property's existing fence system, creating a clean, professional appearance while improving overall site security.

This project delivered:

Jesus and Matt recently completed this custom cedar semi-private horizontal fence on Chapman Lake in Warsaw, creating a perfect balance of privacy, airflow, and curb appeal.

The fence transitions from 6' down to 4', providing additional privacy where needed while maintaining a more open feel as it moves across the property. The horizontal cedar design gives the project a modern, custom look, while the intentional spacing between the boards allows lake breezes to pass through and prevents the fence from feeling overly closed in.

With the storm damage we've seen across the area recently, many homeowners are taking a closer look at how their properties are protected—and sometimes the smartest solution is combining materials to get the best of both worlds.

That's exactly what this homeowner in Granger, Indiana chose.

Kaiden and the crew installed 81' of Elite EFF-20 aluminum fencing across the most visible portions of the property, including a 12' cantilever gate automated with a LiftMaster RSL12UL gate operator. The elegant aluminum fence delivers the upscale appearance and curb appeal the homeowner was looking for.

For the remaining 607' around the yard, they selected 5' black vinyl chain link fencing.
