🌿 The Reality Behind Landscaping Costs
Years ago, HOA landscaping budgets covered much more. Today, many landscaping companies are expected to maintain the same properties while operating with tighter budgets and significantly higher costs.
Tree trimming and maintenance have become more expensive. Yard debris disposal costs have increased, chemicals and weed-control products can cost nearly twice what they used to, and labor is one of our biggest expenses.
Finding reliable, skilled workers who can provide consistent, quality service is also becoming more challenging.
When landscaping budgets don’t increase along with these costs, companies often have to focus on basic maintenance instead of everything a property may need.
