For this lanai transformation, Epoxy Art 33 installed our professional Outdoor Full Flake System, designed to combine a clean decorative finish with durability, UV stability and added traction.

We also continued the flake finish along the perimeter base, creating a clean transition and a more complete, professionally finished outdoor space.

Why do we use a different system outdoors?

Exterior concrete is constantly exposed to UV rays, moisture, rain, temperature changes and foot traffic. That’s why our decorative flake is broadcast into a UV-stable polyaspartic base, followed by a polyaspartic protective topcoat engineered for exterior exposure.

AOX 50 is incorporated into the final coat to provide additional traction, an important feature for outdoor areas that can become wet.

The result? A clean, seamless and durable outdoor surface built for the way Florida homes are actually used.
