Principal & Founder Ray Allain is an accomplished Home Builder & Finish Carpenter. With an education and professional background in Engineering, and having been trained under the close eye of a 'Maitre Carpentier', French Master Carpenter - Ray has developed an in-house team of furniture-grade finish carpenters. His acute awareness and thoughtful approach to building that delivers the highest in quality finishes and superior aesthetics. Principal Ken Smith is an experienced Project Management Professional, with an accomplished resume of both Commercial Buildings and Luxury Residential Construction and Remodeling. A true admirer of good design, Ken excels in preconstruction and design development with Architects & Interior Designers. Ken is a natural relater and communicator who values and fosters long-term relationships with Creatives, our Clients and our talented tradespeople.
We serve only a handful of clients each year, providing a true custom experience for each. Each home we build is unique and never repeated. Our private mill shop and small team of talented craftsman are reserved for Acadian Builders’ clients - ensuring that each home we build is truly, one of one.
