So excited to see the progress of this Community Outreach addition to the Neighborhood Health Clinic in Naples FL.
The building redefines the intersection of Central Avenue and Goodlette Frank Road.

Flexibility and subtle space complexity were the design goals representing community integration and diversity, care and support.

CPTED principles were observed in the site and building design.

The site is located in a prime location on the Naples Bay.
The shell was kept to reduce construction cost although it was intensively renovated.
3 guest suites, master, living room, family room, dining room, wine room, kitchen, laundry room and powder room integrate the interior program. 3 car garage, outdoor under roof dining, outdoor kitchen, pool bath, fire pit lounge, pool with beach area, SPA and swimming section with infinity edges that multiply the dimension of he lot.
New photos will be added as the work progresses.
