A beautiful remodel doesn’t have to mean a huge budget ✨

For this bathroom, our client wanted to refresh their shower while keeping costs as low as possible. We worked within their budget to give the space a clean, updated look and a much needed upgrade from what was there before.

Sometimes it’s the simple transformations that make the biggest difference! 🛁🔨

Waterfront home upgrade in progress! 🌊

We're raising these window openings and installing shorter windows to help better protect this waterfront home from potential water intrusion during flooding and hurricanes.

Thoughtful renovations like these can make all the difference when it comes to protecting your investment.

Stay tuned for the finished results!

🚧 Another unique project in the books for Stillwater Development & Home Services! 🏡

This beautiful home in Downtown Naples on 3rd Ave, experienced water intrusion from an A/C unit. Once the restoration company brought in the dehumidifiers and fans, the heat inside the home caused the wallpaper adhesive to fail, and the wallpaper began peeling from the walls…

Our job⁉️Carefully remove the wallpaper without damaging it and then professionally reinstall it. ✔️

Projects like this require patience, attention to detail, and craftsmanship…and that’s exactly what we deliver every time!! 🙌

👉👉 No two jobs are ever the same, and we’re proud to help homeowners restore their homes with precision and care.

Progress update from the POA Office at Grey Oaks Country Club! 🛠️✨

We were hard at work this weekend while the office was closed, taking advantage of the downtime to tackle the messy part of the project! 🎨

✅ Window frames painted
✅ Doors painted
✅ Baseboards painted

It’s exciting to see everything starting to come together. A fresh coat of paint can make such a big difference, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going on this transformation!! 🤩

👀 Stay tuned for even MORE progress as we near completion of this commercial renovation! 🏢
