The sun is shining and the skies are clear, but many are still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. At the Nassau Pools office, we are still in the midst of cleaning up and organizing the mess Irma left behind, but are back to business as usual to bring you beautiful custom pools.

The one thing we still have not been able to get up and running are our phone lines. Please feel free to message us on Facebook or contact Stephen Emens at 239-860-8070 for any questions, consultations, or appointments, and we will get back to you immediately.

As a precautionary measure, we have decided to board up and close our office until Hurricane Irma passes so our team can have enough time to properly prepare their homes for the storm.

If you have an immediate issue with your pool, we recommend turning off the primary breaker that supplies power to your pool equipment.

Otherwise please send a detailed e-mail message to [email protected]

After the storm passes and we’re able to reopen; we will address all issues in a timely fashion.

Clean Pool Tip: Make sure to have your pool properly cleaned after Tropical Storm Emily to restore its PH balance. Rain water can be acidic, disrupting the PH levels, and too much water will dilute your pool's chemistry.
