Dust on the registers is the part you can see. The rest is sitting in the trunk, the branches, and the equipment, and every time the system runs it moves.

Commercial buildings in Southwest Florida run longer hours in heavier humidity. Offices, restaurants, retail, rentals, and common areas load up faster than a house. A spin brush is made for metal. On duct board it can tear the liner and leave the mess behind.

Mr Quick Fix cleans all ducts, including duct board. Ram Air cleaning system on metal, flex, and duct board, then HVAC equipment cleaning. Odor treatment for unoccupied buildings when the space needs it before it opens back up.

Your AC should not smell like the last six months of Naples humidity.

If the first blast from the vent is dusty, stale, or just off, the ducts and the equipment are usually the reason. Southwest Florida air is humid, filters load up, and that buildup sits in the system until someone actually cleans it.

Mr Quick Fix cleans all ducts, including duct board. A spin brush is made for metal. On duct board it can tear the liner and leave the mess behind. We use a Ram Air cleaning system that works on metal, flex, and duct board, then clean the HVAC equipment. Not a brush spun through the trunk and called done.

This unit is great for:

✅ Garages

The MRCOOL Monoblock gives you heating and cooling without a traditional outdoor condenser. It has a clean wall-mounted design, operates on 115V power, uses inverter technology, and offers smart WiFi control through the MRCOOL Connect App.

It’s a great option when you need comfort in one room but don’t want a bulky outdoor unit or full ductwork installation.
