A great day with great partners.

Jonathan Capwell and Keith Hagar hosted a table at the Chubb Classic for several of our builder partners, and it was time well spent. Between the catered lunch, open bar, and premium view of the 18th green, the setting made it easy to slow down and connect.

We work with some of the best builders in Southwest Florida, and we don’t take that lightly. Time outside the jobsite matters. Strong relationships lead to better coordination, better planning, and better results for homeowners.

Gulfside Elevator joined our Southeast Elevator family in Delray Beach last week for a company-wide sales summit. Teams from Florida, the Carolinas, and Texas shared insights, reviewed what’s new in the industry, and aligned on how we can better support homeowners and builders here on the Gulf Coast. It was a productive week with plenty of good conversations and a little time to connect outside the sessions too.

Getting face-to-face with teams from the Carolinas, Texas, and across Florida gave us a clear view of the trends shaping residential projects right now.
