Featured in the 2026 Parade of Homes, 25 Covewood Court brings luxury custom homebuilding to the waterways of Marco Island.

Built by The Lykos Group with architecture by South Florida Architecture, this completed waterfront home offers approximately 4,238 square feet of interior living area and bridge-free Gulf access. Its coastal setting shapes a home made for everyday living, welcoming guests, and gathering by the water.

Four bedrooms, a den, five full bathrooms, and a pool bath are complemented by an upper-level loft and game room opening to a private balcony. A three-story interior elevator connects each level.

Custom cabinetry, quartz surfaces, wide-plank white oak flooring, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances carry the craftsmanship throughout. Outside, a waterfront terrace brings together a resort-style pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and dedicated dining and lounge areas.

From Marco Island waterfront homes to custom builds and high-end renovations throughout Southwest Florida, The Lykos Group brings more than three decades of construction experience to every project.

The colors of a Gulf sunset. The movement of the water. At Crescent Street on Marco Island, these elements find their way indoors through warm woods, coastal tones, expansive views and spaces designed to feel connected to their surroundings.

For nearly 35 years, The Lykos Group has built and remodeled luxury homes throughout Naples, Marco Island and Southwest Florida. Our approach begins with a sense of place, but no two homes should tell the same story. Architecture, craftsmanship and interior design come together around the people who will live there, creating a home that feels distinctly Florida and distinctly their own.

Inspired by Southwest Florida. Designed around you.

Marco Island was recently spotlighted by for its beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, and remarkable proximity to the Everglades. For those fortunate enough to call the island home, its appeal is also found in the everyday rhythm of life on the water.

Sundrop Court was conceived as a reflection of Marco Island itself.

For this newly completed Lykos Group residence, Mosaic Interiors translated that inspiration into a palette drawn from the island: weathered wood, softened neutrals, and coastal hues that recall the Gulf, the mangroves, and light moving across the water.

Since 1990, The Lykos Group has brought a deep understanding of the island environment to each home we create—pairing exceptional design with the expertise required to build enduringly along the coast.

On Marco Island, a home should feel inseparable from its setting. It should welcome the water, respect the coastal climate, and offer an ease that feels natural to island life.

At Tigertail Court, Lotus Architecture and Metis Design created a striking architectural presence with a distinctly coastal perspective. Pure Design brought warmth and livability to the crisp, bright interiors. The result is a residence with a strong sense of place—designed to feel composed, inviting, and at home on the island.

Building on Marco Island requires an understanding of the coast that reaches far beyond aesthetics. Since 1990, The Lykos Group has brought local knowledge, thoughtful planning, and experienced craftsmanship to custom homes and renovations throughout Southwest Florida.
