In collaboration with Romanza Interior Design, London Bay Renovation transformed this once dark and divided residence into a bright, open-concept coastal retreat centered around a redesigned living room and kitchen.

By relocating the kitchen into the expansive great room, the team created seamless flow, elevated functionality and uninterrupted Gulf views, completed with a freestanding island, walk-in pantry and spaces designed for gathering across generations.
