For more than a decade, RSA+ has partnered with ONEHOPE Winery, providing civil design for the winery, residence, and guest house, along with innovative wastewater reuse systems supporting irrigation and sustainability goals.

RSA+ would like to thank the Napa Valley Grapegrowers for a fantastic series on regenerative farming practices. We look forward to further integrating these practices into our current and future vineyard Erosion Control Plans.

Napa Valley Grapegrowers concluded its monthlong organic grape-growing education series with a conference highlighting how growers are balancing soil health, biodiversity, labor practices and long-term sustainability through regenerative farming.

Exciting news for Downtown Napa! Congratulations to the entire project team on the City Council's approval of the Franklin Station II Redevelopment. 🙌

RSA+ prepared the entitlement drawings and supported the developer and project design team throughout the approval process for this exciting redevelopment. Once damaged in the 2014 South Napa earthquake, this historic landmark is one step closer to being transformed into a beautiful new boutique hotel, bringing new life to a cornerstone of downtown Napa.

The Napa City Council approved conversion of the historic, earthquake-damaged Franklin Station Post Office into a 94-room hotel with adjacent for-sale residential units while preserving the landmark's historic façade and lobby.
