ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
We are seeking candidates for our administrative team. Our team performs a wide range of general duties and tasks including answering phones, word processing, electronic file and database management, and providing general support to a team of 40 engineers, architects, and technicians.
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years office experience, be proficient with MS Office and Adobe or Bluebeam (Quickbooks experience is a plus), be highly organized and attentive to detail, have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and understands the value of a collaborative approach.

Primary Duties Include:
Answering multi line phones
Word processing contracts, reports, applications, and forms
Small and wide format copying, collating, and assembly
Permit submittal coordination
Maintaining electronic project files
Maintaining contract files
