The walls are still open, which means it’s time for us to get to work.

New wiring from the panel ✔️

Exterior lighting ✔️
Switches & dimmer ✔️
Mini-split wiring ✔️

Next up: drywall and paint. Then we’ll return to install the devices, fixtures and mini-split and finish this one up.

A homeowner in Mountain Top, PA called our office after a fallen tree ripped the electrical service from the back of his home. We knew this was one we needed to get to quickly.

Our crew was dispatched and got right to work removing the damaged service, securing the meter base, installing new conduit and service wiring, and bringing the grounding and bonding up to code.

Getting another home in Hunlock Creek, PA ready for the next power outage. ⚡🏠

Yesterday our crew installed a 26kW standby generator on a gel-filled pad under the deck, along with a new 200A automatic transfer switch at the electrical service.

We also made the necessary panel changes, ran the generator wiring, buried the exterior conduit and installed the battery.

The electrical portion is ready to go! Once the gas connection is completed, we’ll return for startup and testing and make sure the homeowner knows exactly what to expect from their new system.

No extension cords. No dragging out a portable generator. Just backup power ready when you need it.

We’ve spent the past few months working on this project at Humboldt Industrial Park — installing lighting, devices, equipment connections, and plenty of electrical in between.

Today's electrical safety tip doesn't involve your panel, your wiring, or your breakers.

It involves your phone charger.

Actually... ALL of your chargers.

Most homes have dozens of devices charging every single day. Phones, tablets, watches, earbuds, laptops, gaming systems—you name it.

Here's your reminder:

✔️ Give chargers room to cool.
✔️ Unplug chargers when not in use.
✔️ Don't cover them with blankets, clothes, or papers.
✔️ Replace cords that are frayed or damaged.
✔️ Don't stack power strips together.
✔️ If something feels unusually hot... unplug it and investigate.
