Last week, some of our HR team members had the chance to step out of the office and into the field visiting job sites alongside our Safety Manager and getting a firsthand look at what our crews do every day.

From watching equipment operators work to seeing the care and precision that goes into every project, it was a great reminder of the skill and dedication our teams bring to the field.

What stood out most was the consistency of our safety culture. Even as our workload grows, our teams continue to prioritize safe practices on every job. Thank you to Miguel A. Loera for leading the tour and giving us such a valuable perspective on the work happening across our projects.

Our crews are putting the finishing touches on a long‑time customer’s FTTH build in Big Sky, MT. From steep grades to remote corridors, this project required careful planning and a skilled team to deliver quality work in challenging conditions. The views were incredible, but the real accomplishment is the effort and expertise our team brought to the job.

Crown Utilities was proud to support the Middleton–Linden Road roundabout project in Nampa by delivering essential telecommunications relocation services. Our scope included relocating three existing telecommunications cabinets and extending both copper and fiber infrastructure to their new positions within the public right‑of‑way. To ensure a safe and efficient transition, a crane was utilized to lift and reposition all three cabinets simultaneously, placing them precisely in their final designated locations. The project was successfully overseen by Supervisor Marvin Altamirano, whose leadership ensured smooth coordination and ex*****on throughout the relocation effort.
