We email quotes clearly outlining our scope of work, we are plumbers and plumbing is all we do. Getting sucked into a degrading tirade is where we have to draw the line.

We had a bad day today. I don't like having to cut ties with customers we have been doing business with for extended periods of time but we are human beings and can't repeatedly be talked down on, degraded, and called liars.

Home inspection reports are turning into a waste of our time unfortunately. Sellers not wanting to fix things and thus making us a part of selling houses with broken plumbing, or severe plumbing issues.
