We do all residential projects from large custom homes to small remodeling projects. This project in Gulf Breeze was one of the toughest, turning this lifted home into a beautiful home worthy of the neighborhood. We added two bedrooms and a bath above the garage, as well as a complete outside makeover. If a owner can dream it up we can build it.

The Gulf Breeze stunner. From these before and after photos you can see the transformation we were able to accomplish by adding ample square footage on both floors, expanding the garage with living space above and a pool bath for this backyard paradise. Stay tuned to see all the fun details as we wrap up this fantastic project.

As we are coming to a close at our Gulf Breeze Project, here are a couple of teaser photos of the final product. The design of this home is brought to us by Hailey Weinrich and the amazing owners Kaipo and Stacy. They worked side by side for over a year to bring their design to life. Final construction pictures coming soon and they will be stunning.

Just some amazing shots of the guys at work. Amazing island countertops with brass insert at the seams. Such a good idea suggested by the owner. It is coming together.

doing an amazing job with this porch stone and landscaping. The detail around the edge of the porch and the step are top of the line. Very impressed.
