The Honda project continues! 🔧🏍️

If you caught the last video, I was trying to save the front brake master cylinder on the 1994 Honda Shadow VLX 600. After digging into the corrosion and fighting that stubborn snap ring, we’re moving forward with a replacement.

In this update, I’m installing the new master cylinder and sharing where I got it. Every project teaches you something—even when the plan changes along the way!

Anybody else have a “quick fix” turn into a whole project? 😂

Not every project involves air conditioning! 🔧🏍️
Today, we're back at it with the 1994 Honda Shadow VLX 600. The front brake lost pressure, so I started digging into the master cylinder to see if I could rebuild it instead of replacing it.
After finding corrosion and a stubborn snap ring, I gave it a good soaking in AeroKroil and kept working at it. Sometimes, patience and a little persistence are worth more than throwing parts at a problem!

Before assuming your HVAC system needs a major repair, check the basics:

✔️ Check your thermostat settings.
✔️ Replace/check your air filter.
✔️ Make sure vents aren’t blocked.
✔️ Check that the breaker hasn’t tripped.
✔️ Make sure your outdoor unit isn’t buried under leaves or debris.

It’s one of the simplest things you can do for your HVAC system—and one of the easiest to forget.

A dirty filter can restrict airflow, make your system work harder, and contribute to higher energy use and unnecessary wear.

Take 30 seconds today and check yours. If it looks like it belongs in a coal mine… it’s probably time. 😂
