Position Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations
✔ Conduct room inspections and quality checks
✔ Train and coach team members
✔ Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
✔ Coordinate staffing assignments and schedules
✔ Communicate with hotel management and staff
Qualifications:
✔ Previous housekeeping experience preferred
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
