The Classic story began a generation ago when President Susan White inherited her love for the industry growing up in a lovely "Cape Cod" style home her mother designed and her father built. As an adult, she pass

ed this love to her son, Berkley – who spent his childhood learning the trade on an endless parade of job sites as his parents pursued successful careers in construction, development and real estate sales. Their education, experience and intrinsic understanding of the business are complemented by the skills of Berkley's wife, Kim, who earned degrees in architectural drafting and building construction.
