We are aware of a recent post involving one of our company vehicles blocking an accessible parking space and access aisle. This should not have happened, and we understand how serious this is and the real impact it can have on individuals and families who rely on these accommodations. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, nor the impression we want to make in the community.
We understand the importance of accessibility and of being a professional, respectful, and courteous community partner, especially in a community that supports us. The employee involved has taken responsibility and reached out privately to apologize. We would also like the opportunity to apologize directly, and while we have been unable to do so due to platform limitations, that remains our intent.
This matter has been addressed internally, and we are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again. We appreciate those who voiced their concerns and held us accountable. Being held accountable matters, and we are committed to doing better.
