I have had this vise hardware for a year but never installed it. I found this scrap wood in the shop and thought it would look good. It’s always fun to make a shop fixture out of leftovers from a previous project as a reminder of a great project and client. I know who you are. Do you?

30 - 60 - 90 Table. On the way to wrapping this one up. A little texture carving on the base, sanding and clear coat. Minimalist/ Brutalist style, I think I like it. Hopefully the client (Nicole) will too! Then pack it up and ship to NY and on to a couple of completely different projects that will definitely challenge me!

Not sure why I chose the underside of this table to experiment with my new Arbortech power carving tools. If it comes out the way I envision, it will be in Nicole’s living room in NY.
