We had received a call about this Hayward Omni Hub having a non-working display. Diagnosed it, and came out to being a bad board. Customer wanted to simplify their pool equioment and salt system with the Hayward AQRS340 with Omni, automation panel. Turned out pretty good, and cleaned up nicely!

We had to replace Stan and Lori's Hayward OmniLogic, cleaned up the wiring, replaced their salt cell, programmed, and set them up on their phone apps. Everything is working great, other than the ignitor on the heater.

We have Mr. Bob taken care of now! Tomorrow I will be pulling their new lights, which will be Pentair Micro-Brites, while the pool is filling up. Then connect all bonding wires, and rebar, and we will be done.

We had gotten called out to fix this leaking return. Boy was it really something else. Again, pool builder thought it would be a good idea to stack pipes, rather than lay them side by side. Took a while, and thank goodness for our Klein hand saw, or I would not had been able to fix this pool return today. Tested for leaking plumbing, or fittings, no leaks to be found. Tomorrow we will back fill with stone, and get ready for concrete. And change out the lights tomorrow as well.

Renee wanted to get her sand changed in her filter, and a replumb of her pad, ended up having to upgrade to a Pentair Tagelus 60 top mount sand filter. She was pretty happy with the turn out, and had noticed that the water had better flow in the pool. With 6 bags of Majestic White sand, she shouldn't have to do a sand change for many years to come. As long as the chemistry stays good, and she backwashes the sand filter weekly.

This customer here had called us about their pump burning out. Went on vacation and came back, and pump was screaming. They weren't planning on doing the job so soon. We had emailed them a quote a while back, but sometimes these single speed pumps are not reliable. They went with a Hayward Tristar 900 V/S and from a sand filter, to a Hayward 3030 cartridge filter, and a total replumb.

Sure was fun working with 1/2" pipe, pretty nerve racking, as delicate as it is. But all in all, customer was really happy with the appearance of the equipment pad, and the fact that their pool was up and running again, before getting algae bloom in it.

This one was sure fun to clean up and get back to chlorinating. Seems like alot of salt syatems and salt cells are failing this year. Be sure to clean your salt cells on a refular basis, quarterly, or as needed. If you don't clean them, make sure your pool technician is, they are not getting any cheaper!

We beat the rain today, with the installation of this heater pump, for The Davies Family. Connected to their Pentair app, and controllable from their phones. Heat mode only of course, but they are also going to download the Raymote app, to get control of the heating and chilling modes, when they want to chill their pool.
