🌴 BUILT TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE VIEW 🌴

This backyard needed more than just a pool deck. With the elevation change behind the home, we built out a multi-level hardscape that gives the homeowners plenty of room to enjoy the entire space.

🧱 Large paver pool deck
🔥 Lower-level fire pit and seating area
🪨 Custom retaining walls
🪜 Wide hardscape steps connecting both levels
🌿 Built-in planter wall
🏡 Additional lower access stairs
✨ Clean borders and detailed finishes throughout

The retaining walls and elevation changes turned what could have been wasted space into another full outdoor living area.

We took advantage of the existing grade and created multiple outdoor spaces, with each level serving a purpose while tying the entire backyard together.

A Finished Edge That Ties the Whole Space Together.

This custom seat wall was built as one continuous run along the existing outdoor living space, following the layout through multiple curves and angled transitions.

What looks simple when it’s finished takes some careful craftsmanship to get right. Each change in direction has to be laid out and cut so the wall stays consistent, the cap flows cleanly through every angle, and the entire run looks intentional from one end to the other.

It’s the kind of detail you notice even more when you see the entire wall from above.

Making Better Use of Every Inch of Outdoor Space.

This custom pergola turns the space between the detached garage and the back of the home into a comfortable, functional outdoor living area that connects everything together.

🏡 Covered connection between the home and detached garage

Instead of leaving this area as an open pass-through, the pergola creates a defined space for relaxing, entertaining and spending more time outside while still complementing the existing home and garage.

Cooking, dining and a fire to end the night, all in one backyard 🔥

The homeowners wanted a space they'd actually use every evening, so we built it around how they live: dinner off the grill, a spot to eat under the pergola, and the fireplace close by for when the sun goes down.
