From asbestos abatement to a clean slate.. Rhino handled it from start to finish. 🦏💪

Our team recently completed a major project for Vannoy Construction that began with the careful removal of asbestos-containing materials from 4 buildings. Once the environmental work was complete, we moved into full demolition.. taking down 11 masonry buildings and removing the associated concrete slabs and footings.

Projects of this size require detailed planning, strong communication and a team committed to working safely and professionally through every phase.

We’re grateful to Vannoy Construction for trusting Rhino and proud of our crew for getting the job done!

BEFORE ➡️ AFTER | Conway, SC 🦏

Another major transformation completed by the Rhino team!

What started as a 52,000 SF building is now cleared and ready for the next chapter — a new Neighborhood Walmart.

Our crews spent approximately 7 weeks on site, completing the project from start to finish:

* 2 weeks of soft demolition and preparation
* 5 weeks of complete structural demolition
* Building separation from the remaining structure
* Material sorting and separation
* Hauling and disposal
* Final cleanup and rough grading of the site

From the first day of interior demolition to the final load leaving the property, our team handled the demolition scope safely and efficiently while keeping the surrounding (attached building) operational.

52,000 SF demolished. Site cleared. Rough grade complete. Ready for new construction. 💪🦏

There’s something pretty special about watching the next generation of Rhinos learn what the family business is all about. 🦏❤️

Jake, President of Rhino, and his brother Lincoln, PM/Estimator, are proud to be 2nd generation Rhinos and now they’re getting the opportunity to bring Jake’s kids along and show them the business their family has worked so hard to build.

What started last summer has quickly become a new summertime tradition.. visiting jobsites, meeting our crews, seeing the equipment in action, and learning a little more each year about what Rhino does. Our hope is to continue this every summer as the kids grow older and create memories they’ll carry with them for a lifetime.

Safe to say, everyone had a great time! 🙌🦏

Another project underway in Wilmington, NC! 🦏💪

Rhino Demolition & Environmental Services is proud to be working with McKinley Building Corp. on the selective demolition of the former Baker Roofing office.

Our crew is stripping out the existing interior finishes, ceilings, walls, and other components to make way for a fresh new look for Baker Roofing!

We’re thankful for the opportunity to work alongside McKinley Building Corp. and continue putting the Rhino touch on projects across the Carolinas!
