This custom addition turned out absolutely incredible. Inside, the exposed beam wrapped in knotty pine with a custom crow's foot detail perfectly complements the beautiful tongue-and-groove ceiling. 🌲✨

Outside, the craftsmanship speaks for itself. The stucco finish was matched so seamlessly, you'd never know this addition wasn't part of the original home.

A few hours of networking and sharing ideas with some fellow HBA members & legislators. Events like these are imperative for our community and we are so honored to be a part of the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association!

We had the best time celebrating Bring Your Kids to Work Day at Elite Exteriors! 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Six of our awesome Elite kiddos got a hands-on look at what we do—from touring Lansing Building Supply to visiting an active job site and seeing an addition being framed in real time.

They even helped deliver our signature bundt cakes to a completed project, met a happy (repeat!) customer, and saw finished handrails up close! We wrapped up the day with lunch, treats, and fun DIY projects—gumball machines + painted handprints to take home 🎨

So proud to share what we do with the next generation. Moments like these mean everything 💙 (BIG thank you to Lansing Building Products for hosting our kiddos!)

Curb appeal = completely upgraded 🙌

We removed the old screen enclosure, built a beautiful new addition, expanded the patio for entertaining, and finished it off with clean, custom hardscaping around the home.

Now this space is ready to be enjoyed year-round 🌿🏡

This 3rd-floor deck was long overdue for a refresh—and the transformation speaks for itself.

What was once a worn, outdated tile surface is now a clean, modern outdoor space built to last. We replaced everything with TimberTech Harvest PVC Deck Boards in Slate Grey, paired with crisp white wooden handrails for a sharp, coastal look. To finish it off, we added a clear coat to the porch ceiling, bringing warmth and a polished touch to the entire space.
