We Are Hiring A Draftsman!

- We are seeking a detailed oriented, motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow alongside our team.
- Drafting will be done using SoftPlan. Some experience drafting required.
- On the job training available.

Job Description.
- Customer Vision: Prepare 2D Drawings and 3D Renderings to bring customer needs and wants to life.
- Estimating Plans: Develop accurate bid prints.
- Permitting: preparing comprehensive drawing sets for local building authorities.
- Code compliance: ensuring all building plans with current residential code requirement and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits.
- Pay Rate: competitive wage based on experience, knowledge, skill level.
- Job type: full-time.
