⚡️ Just because things are working, doesn't mean they are working safe. 🔥

Electrical problems aren't always visible to the naked eye.

Using thermal imaging camera, we can identify abnormal heat buildup in electrical panels, connections, and conductors that could indicate loose connections, overloaded circuits, or other potential hazards.

This thermal image demonstrates what a hot conductor can look like compared to the surrounding wiring. In this case we have parallel neutrals with one warmer than the other.

Glad we caught it before it became a very expensive problem.

Another agricultural project coming up for our crew at Slon Electric! 🐘⚡️

We'll soon be wiring this manure storage building. A few lights, manure belts, and most importantly, the control wiring! 💩💩💩

Agricultural work comes with a few smelly obstacles, but as the farmer likes to say, "Smells like money!" 😂

We couldn’t have asked for a better day to make some serious progress on the chicken house project.

Today’s job: digging the trench for the new 600-amp electrical service. ⚡🐔

It was a long day of digging, rock, dirt, and plenty of hard work but when the weather looks like this, you really can’t complain.

There’s something satisfying about watching a project of this size come together one step at a time. This trench is just one piece of a much bigger electrical installation, and we’ve still got plenty ahead of us.

Hard work, good weather, and another big step forward.
