This project is designed to deliver versatile space for a variety of end users, with a layout that balances functionality, accessibility, and long-term durability. From the structural framework going up to the finer details that will follow, it’s always exciting to see a project move from plans to reality.

Wrapping up the final stages on a unique self storage project totaling over 86,000 sq ft of climate and non-climate space.

This site features three bank barn-style buildings, carefully designed to work with the natural grade of the property. With multiple elevation changes throughout each structure, this project required thoughtful planning, precise ex*****on, and constant attention to detail from our team.

Projects like this highlight the importance of experience when building on challenging terrain—maximizing usability while maintaining efficiency and accessibility.
