Take a look. Pool's done. It's up and running.

Look how clear that water is. That's our blue stone. Looks gorgeous.

We don't just drop a pool and leave. We come back. Landscaping's going in. Painter's on the back of the house. Walls get painted. Ceilings don't. We pull all the plastic, clean it up, and we're out.

This is Level 1. Palms, plants, mulch. We ripped the old irrigation out and put all new in. New heads. Drip in the beds.

We stage it so you can actually see what you're getting. How many plants. How much mulch. It's all listed on the site. You're not guessing.

What's up Umbare's.

If you grab the painting option online, this is what you get.

Painter comes out. We paint the whole back of the house. Walls, columns, all the way to that corner. We don't do the ceilings. Don't need to.

I always tell people the house isn't perfect before we start, and it won't look perfect after unless you do the paint. Even a pretty new house looks tired next to a brand new pool. Fresh paint fixes that.

That's the painting package.

From the deck the specks go quiet. The tile is what reads.
