This chimney was in need of some attention, so we removed the damaged siding and trim and replaced it with new materials.

A clean update that not only improves the appearance but helps protect the chimney and home for years to come.

Another project completed by KC Construction — quality work, done right.

🏠 KITCHEN • LIVING • DINING REMODEL 🔨

We recently had the opportunity to remodel this kitchen, living, and dining space and give the entire area a fresh new feel.

The goal was to create a space that was more functional, inviting, and updated, while still keeping the character of the home.

From the kitchen and oversized island to the surrounding living and dining areas, this project brought multiple spaces together and completely changed the way the home feels.

Thank you to Steve & Sheryl Griffin for trusting us with their home and vision. We couldn’t thank you guys enough.

Whoever installed this fixture must’ve graduated from the University of ‘That’ll Hold.’ 😂

Good news: We found it.

Better news: We’re fixing it the right way.

🚧 A New Name. The Same Commitment. 🚧

After a lot of thought and planning, we’re excited to officially announce that Home & Handy is now KC Construction!

As our business has grown, so has our vision. While we’re incredibly grateful for the handyman work that helped build this company, we’re shifting our focus to what we’re most passionate about:

🏡 Remodeling
🔨 Renovations
➕ Additions

This rebrand reflects the direction we’re headed and the type of projects we want to be known for. You’ll still receive the same honesty, quality craftsmanship, and customer service you’ve come to expect—just with a stronger focus on larger residential construction projects.

To all of our customers, friends, family, and referral partners: Thank you for supporting us every step of the way. We truly wouldn’t be here without you, and we’re excited to continue building your trust, one project at a time.

Here’s to the next chapter! 🏠💪
