HOOpnDaddy Hoops This started as a way for me and my daughter Taylor to horse around and get exercise. Daddy/daughter bonding. Hence the name, "HOOpnDaddy". :) lol

But has expanded into making custom hoops for others.

Hello Everyone!

I have been a little distracted with a move into a new house about a year ago and trying to find time to pull my gear out of boxes to start making custom hoops again. For those interested in portable, take apart hoops, I have a few already made in inventory. I have several smaller HDPE (white tubing, which is great for glow sticks) hoops with push button connections. I am selling these for special rate of $25/each or $45 for the pair(use as minis/twins).

UPDATE: The LED hoops designs I had worked on used a rechargeable battery with a recharger. The recharger alone added about $25 to the cost of the hoop, which I passed on in the cost. I am working on a new circuit that allows you to use a replaceable AA or AAA (depending on size of tubing). The special components to make this circuit cost me about $10 and I eliminate the rechargeable battery which normally runs about $10 also. I should be able to produce an AWESOME hoop for under $100 if I do this right, and possibly as low as $80. I will keep you posted as I get ready to test this out.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: I am working on a better circuit for LED fans, experimenting with LED flag poi, and making a custom pair of LED nunchuks to see how they hold up.
