Today, on National Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we’re recognizing the history, culture, and contributions of Indigenous communities.

We’re proud to highlight Hillcrest Village in Manistee, Michigan, a 50-unit mixed-income and workforce housing community designed by HDJ in partnership with Hollander Development, Edison Community Partners, and the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.

The project reflects a collaborative effort to create quality housing that supports community, opportunity, and connection to place.

We’re honored to have contributed to a project that serves the Manistee community and to recognize the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians and their continued contributions to the region.
