Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, emails, and taking notes.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Hiring, managing and developing the junior administrative team.
Scheduling appointments.
Provide excellent customer service.
Running errands as needed.
Organizing and filing documents.
Entering data in QuickBooks
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
Prepare, review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Work with external accounting professionals on a quarterly basis.

Additional Requirements:
Prior Experience as a receptionist or in related field.
Prior Experience with accounting or in it's related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Fluent understanding and working with QuickBooks (Required)
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
