🚧 Important update on the Beckey Bridge (I-92)

The nearly 54-year-old bridge is overdue for major maintenance. Iowa Department of Transportation is evaluating options for a possible 4–6 week closure in 2027 and whether one lane can stay open.

I shared the real impacts this would have on workers, students, farmers, and emergency services on both sides of the river this morning at Cobblestone Hotels, LLC in the City of Marquette, Iowa. Full update coming soon. Safety remains our top priority.

This multi-zone ductless heat pump was installed to provide year-round comfort in four areas of this home. Two rooms to accommodate additional heating or cooling needs. Furthermore, two more wall units were installed in the attic and garage, ensuring that the entire home is adequately heated and cooled.


The Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps with H2i® Hyper-Heating INVERTER technology deliver reliable comfort in temperatures as low as -22°F and
as high as 115°F.
