Done up and running, we also repaired another unit on this same roof. We found a bad run capacitor. Not starting the compressor. Replace it with a new one and system started operating correctly.

This is a good one. I was just talking about different RPMs on different equipment. This motor has an RPM of 1020. Not 800, 825, 1000, 1050 or 1075rpm.
Definitely have to be a factory motor as aftermarket motors are 825 or 1075.

We got a service call for a second opinion from a new apartment complex to us. They stated that there service guy wants to replace the for one of units.
Great we will be happy to come out. But I will also see if we can repair it first.
The first thing we check is manually push in the contactor to verify everything works. And then we proceeded a test low-voltage. Found no low voltage present. Found a bad transformer. So we did a replace it and check for grounded wires on the low-voltage side. Added some electrical tape to thermostat wires running through a metal hole.
System is currently working normally.
So it does pay to get a second opinion

Have never seen this type of unit no literature on how to check the charge wow. It’s a Chinese unit working with American Coil. It’s working, but I don’t know how efficient that’s working.
