First floor framing wrapping up today. Plumb and line this afternoon. Starting second floor framing Monday. Steel beam being installed on Thursday.

We finished up foundation on San Clemente project today. Strip forms and saw cut tomorrow. Starting Framing next Tuesday. Ended up being 83 yards or concrete

Project in San Clemente is coming along. Tons of rebar in this foundation. We just need to add dobies to the deck rebar and add some diagonal stakes to forms. The forms took a beating from the helical pier contractor. We basically had to reset everything. Inspection and pour next week. Probably 80-90 yards.

Footings are all dug on San Clemente project. We got out first lumber lumber drop from Ganahl Lumber Company today. Form boards, Hardy templates and bolts and a roll or 15 mil Stego. Underground plumbing starting next week.

Demo is complete on San Clemente remodel. Working on grading the pad this week. Starting footings next week so helical pier contractor can get their work done. It is a busy foundation with both slab and raised foundation and 8 Hardy panels on first floor.

After 2 years we finally got the permit for this project in San Clemente. We are tearing down most of the house and putting back a 3000 SF 2 story addition. We should have the rest of the house down tomorrow and will remove exisitng slab and footing Monday and Tuesday. Work on the foundation after that. The new foundation will consist of grade beams that set on helical piers. There are are 29 new helical piers that will go down to approximately 28 feet to reach bedrock. It is a lot of work just to get out of the ground.

We just finished up this custom ceiling wood install. 5 inch white oak T&G. We had it prefinished to eliminate the odor for the owners. All the trim in ceiling went to black. Ceiling is about 850 SF 12 foot tall. We are doing exercise room walls and lid. We will have that wrapped up tomorrow with pictures to follow.

We finished framing this addition and remodel. New master suite and bathroom. We took out some bearing walls at covered patio area to enlarge the kitchen with a new island. Doors and windows going in next week.

We got our slab poured last week, lumber drop today. Plating and layout today, frame walls on Monday.
