DHI Builds

From design concept to finished home. ✨

Take a walk through our recently completed Royal Oaks whole-home remodel.

This transformation started with a thoughtful design process—understanding how our clients wanted their home to look, feel, and function before construction ever began.

From there, our team brought the vision to life with a remodeled kitchen, primary and guest bathrooms, laundry room, new flooring, custom cabinetry and built-ins, fireplace updates, and finishes throughout the home.

The result is more than a collection of remodeled rooms. It's a home where the materials, finishes and details were intentionally designed to work together from one space to the next.

At DHI Builds, we believe the best remodeling experience combines thoughtful design, careful planning, quality craftsmanship, and attention to the details that make a home truly yours.

Built with integrity. Delivered with excellence.

Another whole-home transformation complete. 🙌

This project started well before construction, with our design process. We worked with our clients to understand their goals, develop a cohesive vision for the home, and thoughtfully plan the selections and details before bringing that vision to life.

From there, our team transformed the home with a completely remodeled kitchen, primary bathroom, guest bathroom and laundry room, along with new flooring, custom cabinetry and built-ins, fireplace updates, and carefully selected finishes throughout.

Great remodeling isn't just about creating beautiful individual spaces. It's about making sure the entire home feels intentional.

The warm wood cabinetry carries from room to room, balanced by bright countertops, lighter flooring, custom millwork and carefully considered details. Each decision was made as part of the larger design, creating a home that feels refined, cohesive and timeless.

That's the advantage of working with a true design-build remodeling team. From the initial concept and material selections through construction and the final details, DHI Builds manages the entire process with a focus on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and an exceptional client experience.

Old kitchen… it had its time.

New kitchen… different league 💣🔥

Clean lines, better flow, built to actually be used — this one speaks for itself.

High-end shower. High-output system.
Wrong pipe = weak pressure.

This shower needed more than a ½” supply line to run all fixtures at once — so we upgraded to a ¾” line from downstairs and ran a new feed through the subfloor.

Now it flows the way luxury should.
Details matter. 💧

Ever wonder why some “luxury” showers barely have pressure? This is why.

This condo renovation began after a flood from the upstairs unit and months of frustration dealing with insurance and mediation. When the homeowners finally turned to DHI Builds, our goal was simple: remove the stress and deliver a home they could truly enjoy again.

We removed the drop-down ceiling, added clean LED lighting, installed sage green kitchen and vanity cabinets paired with Fairy White quartz countertops, ran Waikiki LVP flooring throughout, built a new fireplace mantel and surround, and finished it all with fresh paint.

The result? A completely renovated home that exceeded expectations.

Some projects are more than construction—some clients become like family. This was one of those, and I’m truly going to miss working with them. This one came out sweet.

Great review from David... "As a local kitchen, bath and interior designer, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with Donovan and his team on multiple jobs. They’re professional, detail‑oriented and open to design ideas, which makes the process smooth for everyone. Installations look clean and carefully executed, and clients are happy at the end. I’m looking forward to many more projects together and highly recommend DHI Builds."

Great review from Luis... "DHI Builds handled our bathroom project and absolutely exceeded what we thought was possible. Donovan walked us through options, the crew showed up on time every day, and the craftsmanship is top‑notch. I loved being able to ollow along and message them through their online portal instead of guessing what was happening. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.f"
