We have expanded to now offer septic system installations! We got the ball rolling today with our first one under the Gingles Excavating name. We’ve been involved in many septic installations over the years, and we’re excited to now offer this service directly to our customers!

It’s been a busy last few days!
Thank you Chris mohler for choosing us to put in 1500 feet of buried electrical utilities at a new building in Calvert city.
Thank you to Patrick and Andrea Morris for the opportunity to clean up your landscaping beds and removing stumps!

I already know Rob would tell me “absolutely not” if he knew I was about to post this… so of course… I’m posting it anyway. 😂
I just have to brag on the bossman for a second.
Calloway Co got hit hard by the storms last night, and our road crews have been stretched thin trying to get everything cleaned up. When Rob realized two big trees were still completely blocking Peach Orchard Rd this afternoon, he made a call to Magistrate Paul Rister to make sure it was okay to lend a hand.
He got the go-ahead, grabbed the equipment, and went to work.
No fanfare. No waiting around for somebody else to handle it. He had the means to help, so he did.
And THAT is my hubs in a nutshell.
He’d never make a post about himself, so I will. (Better to ask for forgiveness than permission, right? Ha! 😉) Proud of the man behind Gingles Excavating Solutions and the way he takes care of his community when he sees a need. ❤️

We started with a dried-out pond, a leaky levee, and a depth of only 3 feet—and turned it into a backyard our customer can be proud of!
We pushed out all the mud and gravel, then brought in several loads of good clay to seal up the leaks and give the pond a solid foundation. We also reshaped the back side of the levee so the customer can easily mow and maintain it.
A little dirt work can make a big difference! 💪🏼

We resurfaced the whole driveway with a fresh coat of dense grade, and then brought in the brush cutter and gave all the Bamboo a nice haircut. It turned out great

It can be tough living on the lake and constantly battling to keep your driveway from washing out!
If you need help? Give us a call and we can come up with a plan to fix that problem.
We dug several drainage ditches and applied rip rap and then brought in asphalt millings and compacted them down. Looks like a new paved driveway for half the cost

I’m really proud of how this driveway and building pad turned out! We started this project a couple ago, but the rain had other plans for our timeline!
We installed a construction entrance to handle all the heavy concrete trucks, then cut out 700 tons of topsoil to prep the area for the driveway and the new house pad. Next, we laid geotextile fabric to ensure a solid base for both. Finally, we brought in around 900 tons of gravel to create a lasting driveway and building pad.
