Waterproofing project underway.

We’ve completed the excavation and exposed the foundation, cleaned and prepped the walls, and prepared the drainage area. Now we’re waiting for the proper weather window before applying the waterproofing system.

Proper waterproofing starts with proper preparation. We’d rather wait for the right conditions than rush a critical step.

Once the waterproofing and drainage system are complete, we’ll share the finished project.

✴️Another project completed by the NPD crew.

This property needed the groundwork finished up around the new home. Our scope included installing and preparing the base for concrete, putting in gutter drainage to properly carry water away from the home, and completing the final finish grading throughout the site.

From drainage to the final grade, attention to detail makes all the difference in how a property performs and looks when it’s finished.

🌳 Another property cleaned up and looking right!

We cleared out the overgrowth, brush, and unwanted vegetation to open this property back up and give it a clean, usable look again.
