Getting the grading done around fumc in mayfield ky. Getting ready to hook up down spouts topsoil and rock and asphalt on this one. Closing another one out. Got guys at Kroger in Murray and msu vet as well as Mes moving dirt. Got a lot to get still before winter gets here. We are in full swing wide open mode until weather says different. Getting it while the getting is good. Just another Sunday moving some dirt at msu vet center. 31 days straight we’ve worked. To much to move before winter gets here with all these big jobs going. The boys moving some yards at msu vet building. Bringing loads of fill out of the cut that will be a big pond when it’s done. We are building up that building pad as much as 8’ in some areas 8” at a time compacted to insure a good foundation for years to come. We’ve been blessed with a lot of big work going on right now with lots of mass earth work moving big yardages. Our team is putting in the long hours and days to stay on track and to get the weather that’s coming soon. We’ve got a lot to move before winter hits. 21 days straight some of the guys have worked. We have so much dirt to move between 4 jobs it takes a lot of hard work and dedication from the guys to pull this off. A lot of daylight to dark days and alot more coming until the weather hits. We’ve got couple hundred thousand yds to move and about 5 jobs going. Finally got through phase 2 storm in Bardstown ky. 4’ of Soild rock in spots. Phase 2 definitely kick our butts but didn’t defeat us. Phase 3 will not be until next year and we should have that job wrapped up summer of 27. MSU vet is coming right along also after getting some dry wether we were able to put some lifts on the different pads. Another long week ahead as the weather looks good for moving dirt. We are coming right along at Murray elementary school. We have just about all the demolition done and we are cutting and filling now. About 50 percent of the new building pad is done. Long hours for us we have worked 17 straight days from daylight till dark a lot of dirt moving is going on with multiple jobs going at once. Right now the weather is perfect to move some yards. Looking for a experienced equipment operator that can run dozer or trackhoe efficiently and without me telling you every move to make. You must have commercial experience. Be able to think for yourself and know what needs to be done without me or someone holding your hand every move. This person would need 10yrs or better experience or prove to me you can do it. This is not a teaching job so don’t waste my time or yours. Person must be willing to show up and work without looking at the clock to see what we are getting off. GPS experience would be great. Common sense and team player are a must. If this is you holler at me we have lots of work with lots of over time if you can do the job.

We are hammer down on msu vet center putting in the lifts for the new building pad areas. And for just a few days of work we are ahead of where I wanted to be at the new elementary school. Got a lot of the clearing done and hauled out plus a lot of topsoil stripped and stockpiled up to go back around the site when we are done. Daylight to dark right now. This is the best weather we’ve had all year to move dirt and get a lot done. Anything excavating demolition paving and hauling we got you.

Happy Labor Day to all the guys and gals that put the work in everyday. Big shout out to our guys for making it happen with whatever I put on them. I’d like to announce that we will be doing the new elementary school for Murray city school district. We will be doing demolition site grading storm sewer and as well as site utilities such as water/sewer and fire main.
Pinnacle will be the construction manager on this project I’d like to think them for trusting us in this small part of this big project. We have done a lot of work over the years for the school district starting back with the new middle school addition and then the new high school addition. It’s always good to be apart of these exciting projects here in your hometown and where you went to school as a kid. Go tigers!

Finally able to start moving dirt next week on the new vet science building at msu. We had to cement stabilize 105,000sf of building area because of the organic like material. We will be moving about 45,000cyds or 2,600 Dumptruck loads next week from an onsite area. We are very busy with multiple big jobs going and another big job starting I will post about that tomorrow. We are looking for skilled operators lots of overtime till winter. Anything excavating demolition paving and hauling give us a holler. West and middle ky. West and middle tn.
