Everyone always sees the good posts. Thought I’d share one thata not so good. With that big rain we had last night all that rain washed out our silt fence and put mud in the back parking lot of mega gym. We are out here putting up new silt fence and washing off all the mud. Having your own business is not always what it is cracked up to be. I promise you we have a lot of bad days as well. You just have to keep pushing forward and do the best you can. We try our best every day but sometimes no matter what you do it’s just not good enough. Anything excavating demolition paving and hauling we got you.

Kroger update. Day 7 and we are fast approaching 1,000 trucks loads to the site or 17,000 cyds. Not to bad for 7 days and avg about 7 trucks per day. We should finish up the mass import tomorrow and start the underground work right after. There will be another day or 2 of import on down the road but for now we are real close and we have raised the site from zero to ten feet of fill. Our guys have kicked butt on this one working long hours to get this up fast. Can’t wait to share some big news soon about another big project fixing to kick off. MSU new school of nursing almost ready to open. We are getting the parking lot graded and ready to pave. Then will we fall right back in and start the topsoil and dressing it up ready for seed and straw. This has been a good job for us. They said it couldn’t be done. They said we didn’t know what we was doing. They said I was crazy for paving with everything else we’ve got going. Glad I didn’t listen to them. We are here and here to stay. Big things coming for this paving crew. Watch out slowly but surely we gaining traction and look out cause Parker’s here in the paving game. Oscar cross in Paducah Ky is now paved! Big shout out to A&k construction for trusting us to pave this job for them. We have several projects on the books for the 26 paving season already. Holler I’d love to give you a quote on a lot or driveway. We’ve got the best guys for it. Attention to detail is a must for us. This is just the start big things fixing to happen for us. Heres a shout out to Ty and his crew up in Bardstown Ky at the high school putting in gutter drains under a old gym. Talk about challenging and a hard job. This has so many unforeseen challenges and then add 3’ of some of the hardest rock you can find anywhere in Ky. But the crew is kicking butt the best they can to get phase 2 done. We had to rent the smallest machine cat makes to get into this tight spot. Whatever the job is we have the right guys and equipment to get it done. We love a good challenge. Give us what others won’t do and we will get it done. Anything excavating demolition paving and hauling.

Day #4 of import being brought into Krogers new addition. We are about halfway with around 600 loads by this afternoon. We are avg around 150 lds a day with 8 trucks running. We are ahead of schedule and moving right along. Material is working nicely not having to do much to get our compaction other than just roll it with a sheep’s foot roller couple times and banging out perfectly. Cant say enough about our guys working 12hr days and making this happen for us even when it’s 105 outside they still getting it done. Big thanks to the other hired trucks helping us staying with us the long hours also. Everything is progressing nicely and we should be done here in 3-4 more days of the import so that should make everything get back to some what normal in the Kroger parking lot. Just please hang on for a few more days and watch out for us on the north side of the lot. Lots of trucks coming and going. Anything excavating demolition paving and hauling we got you. Day 2 of slamming in 20,000yds of import fill for Kroger addition and we are around 300 loads of 1,200lds. We’ve got a lot of trucks running to get this in fast so please be careful and patient with us on the north side parking lot. We are watching out for yall but a lot of trucks coming and going in a 10hr day here. We are wide open and looking for good operators to hire not a training position but if you can run gps and know how to cut/fill on a fast paced commercial atmosphere give me a holler. We have a lot of work around Murray and in Murray. We also are looking for paving help. If you have been around a paver and know what’s going on holler at me. We have lots to pave. We finished up the 11,000 tons in 6 days of our bridge layer. Now comes the import of earth fill. We have about 20,000yds to import or roughly 1,100 Dumptruck loads. We are currently running 10 trucks just be mindful of trucks on the north side of Kroger coming and going. We are doing our best to limit the impact of yalls shopping but if you could stay to the south side it would help a lot with traffic. About 20 trucks coming and going every hour here for the next week or so. As always anything excavating demolition paving and hauling we got you. West and middle Ky.
