This is one of those pictures that reminds us why furnace maintenance matters.
At first glance, this heat exchanger looks surprisingly clean—almost like new. But when our technician used a camera to get a closer look inside, we discovered a problem that wasn't visible from the outside.
Even more concerning, a repair had been made to the furnace’s limit switch last year. The furnace was still running, heating the home, and seemingly doing its job. But that doesn't necessarily mean everything inside the furnace is safe.
A damaged heat exchanger can potentially allow carbon monoxide into your home, which is why a furnace inspection should be about much more than simply making sure the heat comes on.
This is why we recommend having your heating equipment thoroughly inspected every season—not just serviced when something stops working. Sometimes the most important problems are the ones you don't know are there.
Right now, we're offering an introductory $179 first-year Weeke Comfort Club membership, which includes both your heating and cooling seasonal maintenance checks.
Comfort Club members also receive:
• Priority service
• 15% off repairs
• 5% off replacement equipment
• Two filters per year
• Exclusive member pricing
Don't wait for something to quit working. Have it checked before you need it.
