We often share the before and afters, but sometimes it’s fun to see the in between!

There’s the leveling of the concrete before flooring in a basement remodel.

There’s the installation of the go board before tile can go up.

There’s the thinset and leveling of the tile before it sets.

There’s the insulation before ceiling or drywall can be installed.

There’s the site visits, sometimes from unexpected guests when invited 🐕.

There’s the cleaning of tile before grout goes in.

There’s the tightening of bolts and testing of fixtures.

These are the things we do to ensure a wow factor reveal, because its all the little things that make the big picture beautiful!

Two things that we ask about in our bathroom remodels are blocking for future grab bars and non slip shower pans. Why? Because those are often things people don’t think about until they need them.

It’s also easier to think about those things now and plan ahead! That’s why we created this checklist. These are the things that we think & talk through when we are meeting with clients.

We specialize in Age in Place remodels because we know how important it is to stay in the home you love, even as you age. We know that the bathroom is often the most dangerous place in the home because of slick surfaces and high thresholds. We strive to create beautiful spaces that look great now, and that will support you for the years to come!

This job was one of those jobs that reminded us why we love what we do. The clients we worked with were truly wonderful people, and they made showing up every day worth it and more. We are always so appreciative to work with the best 🧡

This shower went from a standard tub to a much more functional custom shower with:

• Large-format wall tile
• Pebble mosaic shower floor
• Corner seat
• Grab bar
• Sliding hand shower

For this homeowner, the goal was more than just updating the look. The new shower makes the space easier to use, with thoughtful features for comfort and accessibility.

And there’s more happening in this bathroom that we can’t wait to show you… but we’re keeping that reveal for another day. 👀

This ghoul is tired after a long day of work 🤣👻

For the most part, T handles the job sites on his own, but every once in a while he calls in reinforcements to help lift, hold or hand him things. Most of the time it’s because he forgot something at home and wants me to bring it to him. I’m sure he wasn’t expecting me to show up as a ghost 🤣 but he was a good sport about it!

Happy October 1st everyone, may this month be spooky and filled with pumpkin carvings and candy 🎃🍬

Love this shower? 👀🚿 Let’s break it down.

We love the bold green tile, the classic black-and-white floor, and the warm brass details in this design. But the fun part of recreating an inspiration photo is figuring out how to make the look work for your home.

For this one, we pulled together a few tile options and alternate color palettes to show just how much the overall feel can change while keeping the same basic design.

Organizations and businesses can also rent the space after hours for meetings. HOAs and groups of realtors have already taken advantage of this option.

Or maybe you don't need to work at all. Maybe you just want a comfortable, cool place to grab a drink, get a little work done, meet a friend or hang out for a while.

And yes…Wagner Worx is dog-friendly! 🐾

Is it time to upgrade your bathroom?
