Yesterday was a great day on the course! ⛳️

We had a blast at the 2026 Travelers Golf Scramble supporting United Way of Greater Nashville at the Franklin Bridge Golf Club! We were proud to sponsor the event, spend the day with so many great people, and enjoy a little friendly competition.

And speaking of competition… we may have walked away with FIRST PLACE again🏆🙌 back to back champs!

Great weather, great company, and a win to top it all off. We’d call that a pretty successful day on the course!

A big thank you to Travelers Insurance for putting together such a fun event. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

Our office will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day, giving our hardworking team a well-deserved day to recharge.

We had a great time Friday at Greater Nashville Apartment Association Maintenance Appreciation event celebrating some of the hardworking maintenance professionals who keep their communities running every single day! 👏👏👏

We’re grateful for the partnerships we’ve built and always enjoy the chance to step away from the day-to-day, have some fun, and show a little appreciation for the teams who do so much!

Thanks for having us- we had a blast! 🛠️

We see you Lacey !!!!!

🌟 Member Monday: Lacey Smithson 🌟

Lacey has been in the multifamily industry since she was 18, starting onsite in Murfreesboro while working her way through college at MTSU before, as she likes to say, joining the "dark side" as a supplier.

Today, as Brand Ambassador at R3 Contractors, she brings big energy, bold ideas, and a whole lot of fun wherever she goes. She's been named Supplier Professional of the Year, is a previous Board Member, and a Leadership Lyceum graduate.

She's also collected some hardware in trade show awards, because if there's an opportunity to connect with people while wearing a costume, she's going all in. (Case in point: Ms. Frizzle at this year's trade show. 🌎✨)

Outside of work, you'll find Lacey hanging out with her cat, Ophelia, lost in a book with a dirty martini in hand (four blue cheese olives, please), or singing along at a concert at full volume.

Thanks for bringing your passion, creativity, and fun to GNAA, Lacey!

What you can’t see can still cause serious damage. 💧

After a water loss, we use professional moisture readers to detect hidden moisture in walls, floors, and other materials. Finding it early helps prevent mold, structural damage, and costly repairs.
If you’ve experienced a leak or water damage, don’t just assume it’s dry; let us make sure it’s verified.
